Final customer plants are performed by CVL qualified internal teams composed by:

Usually, teams are composed by the same employees that carried out the previous internal final assembly to CVL plant.
The activities performed are planned by the Program Manager who must check compliance with schedule timing. WW service network ensures the support to CVL team during first commissioning and to the Customer in after sales time.
After sales service
Preventive maintenance management and execute
“Machine book” software management, spare parts ware house and BOM connected
Web access for documents and service request.
Teleservice by WEB or telephone line, to make easy the fault research and reduce the down time.
A customer support team is able to solve a technical problem in the short term, but CVL ensures optimal customer service by helping to develop relationships and create a true partnership in the long term.
