Personal computer
Industrial PC located in the electrical cabinet with a 21inches monitor (full HD) and a keyboard and wireless mouse for the HMI.
Photometric lighting box with lens
The system uses a 360x600x800 mm lighting boxwith a Fresnel lens. LAS is able to analyze a lamp in +/- 60° horizzontal range and +/-7°vertical range. Inside box there are cameras for the image analysis.
Cameras
The system can manage several GIgE cameras. One camera for analyzing a horizontal range of +/-9°. Three cameras to analyze a horizontal range of +/- 25°. five cameras for analyze a horizontal range og +/-60°. More cameras are used for LEds analysis.
Software
The software is developmed in Microsoft.net environment using framework 4.0. The operating system is Microsoft Windows 10 64 bit. Database used is Microsoft SQL Server 2012 express.
Electrical functions
The system can manage several light function:
Low beam - High beam
Fog - DRL POS
Turn indicator - Side marker -Low beam base -Low beam spot and so on
